Gin & Tonic Grapefruit

Ingredients:

50 ml of Tanqueray gin

1 grapefruit zest

1/2 grapefruit slice

indian tonic 

Ice cubes 

Rub the rim of the glass with the zest.

Put the ice cubes, gin, tonic. 

Grapefruit decoration

Raspberry Gin & Tonic

Ingredients:

50 ml of Panda Gin

1 lemon zest

4 raspberries

indian tonic 

1 sprig of rosemary

Ice cubes

Rub the rim of the glass with the zest. 

Loot 5 raspberries in the glass. 

Add the gin, the tonic. Mix. Rosemary decoration

In the name of the Rose

Ingredients:

50 ml of Gin Mirabeau

20 ml rose syrup

5 ml lemon juice

20 ml pink grapefruit juice

1 dash of bitter

4 cardamom pod

Ice cubes

Crush the cardamom pods in the shaker. 

Add the other ingredients and the ice cubes. 

Stir for 20 sec. Filter the mix and pour into a glass.

Gin & Tonic Cucumber

Ingredients:

50 ml of Gin Hendricks

1 lemon zest

1 cucumber roll

1 head of basil

1 mediterranean tonic

Ice cubes

Stick the cucumber roll in the glass.  

Rub the rim of the glass with the zest. 

Put the ice cubes, gin, tonic. Basil as a decoration
