Arturo Isola, Italian architect living in Rio de Janeiro and Alexandre Mazza, Brazilian artist, met thanks to their passion for gin. After founding the Os Ginasticos association which meets monthly to taste gin-based cocktails, they decided to create Brazil's first artisanal gin distillery in 2015 in the premises of a former 17th century coffee farm. The fazenda is the emblematic place of Amazzoni. It is located in Porto Real between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Made in Brazil's first copper still.
