Bombay has extended its range with Star Of Bombay, a 47.5 degree gin that has four additional ingredients, including Calabrian bergamot and Ecuadorian ambrette. A bolder expression of our signature style, slowly distilled for a more intense flavor. This makes Star Of Bombay an exceptionally smooth gin designed to be enjoyed on its own in a Martini or in a variety of contemporary cocktails.
The Gin Star of Bombay, created by the Master Botanists of Bombay Sapphire, brings the original gin into a new dimension rich in promise. The addition of ambrette seeds from Ecuador and bergamot bark, picked in Calabria before being gently dried, makes this premium gin exceptionally smooth.
