Description

History

The Yonezawa Family, a family of sake brewers since 1856, began distilling in 1917. As we approach the celebration of 100 years of spirits production, the House has installed two new Forsyth's stills. This revival gave birth to the distillery named Kaikyo in homage to the very famous Akashi- Kaikyo bridge located in front of the distillery. 135 ° East Hyogo Dry Gin is an artisanal gin made from the distillation of classic London Dry botanicals and Japanese botanicals.
