The Yonezawa Family, a family of sake brewers since 1856, began distilling in 1917. This revival gave birth to the distillery named Kaikyo in homage to the very famous Akashi- Kaikyo bridge located in front of the distillery. 135 ° East Hyogo Dry Gin is an artisanal gin made from the distillation of classic London Dry botanicals and Japanese botanicals.
