The design of the bottle is a tribute to the city of Binche, known worldwide for its carnival and its architectural heritage.
The note "blood orange" is a reference to the offering made by Gilles, king of the carnival, on Shrove Tuesday in Binche.
The Lion and the silver color are found on the old coat of arms as well as on the flag of the city of Binche.
This original gin is designed, distilled and bottled in the Walloon Region.
Gin de Binche has a beautiful floral attack followed by a herbaceous touch supported by the juniper berry. The finish on the palate is delicate and marked by the finesse of blood orange.
Our advice is to taste it with a neutral tonic, but with natural flavors.
The result is a unique, sweet, tasty and very aromatic gin!
