Where does Rosé Mirabeau gin come from?
The gin comes from the Mirabeau estate located in Provence.
How is this gin made?
DISTILLATION: Traditional distillation in a copper still. Maceration during 24 hours of 7 plants in neutral alcohol of grape. Added in a hanging basket of Côtes de Provence rosé, grape alcohol extracted from our Forever Summer vintage, as well as 5 other more delicate plants. Distillation for 6 hours. The distillate is then diluted to 43%.
PLANTS: Juniper, Coriander, Iris and Angelica roots, Lemon peel and zest, Rose petals, Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender, Jasmine tea, Laurel leaf

The plants being macerated in the alcohol of reason a subtle perfume of grape is felt during the tasting.
By tasting this gin you will :
A classic dry gin with the flavors of Provence. The juniper, well present, is completed by lemony and herbaceous notes as well as a floral aroma. Sweet enough to be enjoyed on its own.
