Sorgin, the first and only premium gin created from Sauvignon Blanc, is a link between wine and spirits. One year after the launch of Sorgin, Sabine and François Lurton innovate with a limited edition by creating the first batch of Yellow Gin. Yellow Gin is aged for 6 months in oak barrels containing Sauvignon Blanc wines from Pessac Léognan and Graves (Bordeaux). Aging in the undergrowth, in addition to the tannins, brings complex aromas, with woody (grilled, roasted, dried fruits), spicy (cloves, ginger) notes but also sweet notes such as vanilla and honey.
Yellow Gin is more complex than the original Sorgin but retains its characteristic freshness.
