Ice cube strainer, shaker
50 ml of Gin XII
100 ml watermelon juice
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml of honey
3 pinches of dehydrated hibiscus
1- Infuse the gin for 15 min with the hibiscus.
2- Put all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake, then strain into a tall glass filled without ice cubes.
